Ireen Roozekrans has an extensive career in the performing arts sector, starting as Directiesecretaresse for the zakelijk directeur at De Nederlandse Opera from 1986 to 1994. Subsequently, Ireen served as Coördinator Automatisering for both De Nationale Opera (1994-1996) and Het Muziektheater (1996-1999). Since August 1999, Ireen has been with Nationale Opera & Ballet, initially as a Receptionist and later progressing to roles such as Medewerker Helpdesk en Automatisering from 1999 to 2017, during which guidance and coordination of the Helpdesk were key responsibilities. Between 2017 and 2019, Ireen was involved in implementing TOPdesk within ICT & Informatisering and Facilitaire Dienst. Currently, Ireen holds the position of Medewerker ICT & Informatisering, focusing on data and contract management. Ireen is an alumna of the University of Amsterdam.
