Itzel Medecigo is a talented mezzo-soprano and opera singer with a rich performance history spanning from 2002 to the present. Currently associated with Opera Spanga and the Dutch National Opera & Ballet, Itzel has held significant roles including Olga and Antígona in various productions. Notable performances include Flora Bervoix in "La Traviata" at Mythos Opera Festival and participation in the World Première of "Requiem" with Het Nationale Ballet. Additionally, Itzel has contributed to projects as a freelance artist, showcasing works like "Esa Noche Yo Bailá" that celebrate Latin American music and dance.
