Jeroen Jaspers has been serving as the 1e Toneelmeester at Nationale Opera & Ballet since August 2015, showcasing extensive experience in stage management. In November 2014, Jeroen Jaspers took on the role of waarnemend 1e toneelmeester during the production of Lohengrin, stepping in due to the absence of a supervisor for personal reasons. Jeroen Jaspers is an alumnus of Stella Maris College and has also completed education at Kern Konsult.
