Lotte Heeman

Lotte Heeman is a seasoned professional in the arts and coaching sector, currently serving as a Producer at Holland Festival since March 2023 and as Project Leader for the Boekmanzaal at Dutch National Opera & Ballet since October 2021. From August 2020, Lotte also operates as a Coach at Heeman Coaching, focusing on personal growth and various life challenges, while running Natuurlijk Heeman, which provides theater production services and business consulting. Lotte's extensive background includes roles at Frascati Theater as Head of Productions, where annual outputs included numerous productions and festivals, and previous positions at AHK and Huis en Festival a/d Werf. Lotte holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater Education from ArtEZ University and has pursued further education in coaching and community co-creation.
