Dutch National Opera & Ballet
Marley Braaf serves as the Artistiek coördinator Academie at ICK Amsterdam since May 2021 and works as a Projectadviseur for the Amsterdams Fonds voor de Kunst from February 2020. In addition, Marley has extensive experience as a Dansdocent, teaching various dance styles to children aged 2-16 at Meervaart Jong, conducting educational dance workshops for the Nationale Opera & Ballet, and providing after-school dance lessons with Just Move. Marley's background includes teaching and choreographing dance at Spinoza Lyceum Amsterdam and previously working as a Danstrainer for the Sportstimulering Gemeente Amsterdam. Marley also gained early teaching experience through internships at multiple dance organizations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Education in Dance from the Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from the University of Amsterdam.
