Nicole van Tol is an HR-medewerker at Nationale Opera & Ballet since October 2021. Nicole holds a HAVO degree in Economie en Maatschappij from Scala College (2005-2010) and furthered education at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (2010-2011) and Hogeschool Leiden (2012-2016).
