Romee van Nielen is a skilled pruikenmaker currently working at Nationale Opera & Ballet since August 2021 and as the owner of Het Pruiken Atelier since March 2020, specializing in creating wigs and hairpieces for theater, television, film, and private clients. Prior experience includes roles as floormanager at Stadsschouwburg Amsterdam and a contributor to the Anastasia production with Stage Entertainment. Romee also has a background in healthcare as a child exercise therapist, having completed an internship at Fysiotherapie Ter Harmsel. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Oefentherapie Mensendieck from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, along with studies at Haarcreaties and the Stan Winston School.
