Sebastian de Bruijn is an experienced attorney-at-law currently serving as an associate in the Litigation & Arbitration practice at Houthoff, where involvement includes civil and administrative proceedings and governance practices enhancement. Since September 2022, Sebastian has been the Chair of Jonge Balie Amsterdam, promoting the development of young lawyers. Additionally, Sebastian is active in the arts community as a member of the Steering Committee for the Young Patrons Circle at Dutch National Opera & Ballet and as a participant in the HF Young Circle for the Holland Festival. Prior experience includes roles as a student employee at Loyens & Loeff and paralegal at Hammerstein Advocaten N.V., along with serving as chairman of the JFAS. Educational achievements include a cum laude Master of Laws from Leiden University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Amsterdam, supplemented by minors from Sciences Po and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
