Daniel O'Hare

Daniel O'Hare is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Assistant District Attorney at the Dutchess County District Attorney Office since January 2023. Previously, Daniel held the position of Special Counsel at Levene Gouldin & Thompson, LLP from October 2021 to October 2022, representing healthcare professionals in various litigation matters. Daniel's experience also includes serving as Staff Counsel at GEICO, where management of bodily injury and property damage claims was a focus. Earlier roles include Associate Attorney positions at Sobo & Sobo, LLP and Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP, where Daniel handled a range of civil litigation and medical malpractice cases.
