Rayna Brown

Rayna Brown is an experienced implementation specialist currently working at Dutchie since April 2022, progressing through roles from Implementation Strategist I to Implementation Specialist III. Prior to Dutchie, Rayna served as Assistant General Manager - Inventory at AWH, where responsibilities included planning the largest dispensary opening in Massachusetts and creating training programs. Previous positions include Store Manager at WearLIVELY, where focus was on team management and COVID safety measures, and a variety of roles at Warby Parker, including Supervisor for operations and sales, where Rayna trained over 60 employees and improved retail processes. Earlier career experience includes managerial positions at Starbucks, Athleta, Borders, and Target. Rayna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from Adelphi University.
