Brent Smith

Brent Smith has extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Brent is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Restaurant Operations at Dutchman Hospitality Group, Inc. from April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at O'Charley's as the Operations Director from July 2017 to April 2022, and as the General Manager from February 2015 to August 2018. Brent also worked as a Manager at The Cheesecake Factory from September 2014 to February 2015, and as a General Manager at Dave & Buster's Inc. from April 2013 to September 2014. Beginning their career at Ruby Tuesday in April 2003, they worked as a General Manager until April 2013. Brent started their professional journey as a Restaurant Manager at Chi Chi's from April 1994 to April 2003.

Brent Smith attended Pennsylvania Culinary from 1996 to 1997 and obtained an Associate's degree in Specialized Technology.
