Ahmad Sharaf

Ahmad Sharaf is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the CEO of Dutco Energy since June 2012. Sharaf holds multiple leadership positions, including Director at ENOC and Vice Chairman at Dragon Oil, both since January 2006. Additionally, Sharaf has been Chairman of the Dubai Mercantile Exchange since January 2005 and served as Chief Strategy Officer at Dubai Holding from March 2009 to May 2012. Previously, Sharaf was CEO of Tatweer from 2007 to 2008 and Vice President of Business Development for the Middle East at ConocoPhillips from 1997 to 2005. Sharaf obtained an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
