Following that, they pursued a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, which they completed in 1997. Eric then went on to obtain an MBA from Old Dominion University between 1997 and 2001. In terms of additional certifications, Eric obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in April 2018. Eric also holds a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Program in Logistics and Technology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which they obtained in March 2011.
