Kate Golovanova

Kate Golovanova is currently serving as Associate General Counsel of Operations at The Dutra Group since April 2023. Prior to this role, Kate worked as an Associate Attorney at Lewis Brisbois from October 2020 to April 2023, and at Wolfe & Wyman LLP from July 2019 to September 2020. Additionally, Kate held associate attorney positions at Boornazian, Jensen & Garthe and gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at notable firms including Shartsis Friese LLP, DLA Piper, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, and Clyde & Co. Kate earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) from 2013 to 2016, and a Bachelor's degree in Art History/Business from the University of San Francisco from 2005 to 2009.
