Charles Kindred has extensive experience in both community service and law enforcement. Currently serving as the Assistant Branch Manager at DuTrac Community Credit Union since April 2019, Charles also works as a Firefighter for Galena Territory Fire/EMS since February 2021. Previous roles include Courier at FedEx Express and Firefighter at Galena Fire Department. Charles’s background includes technical expertise as an Installation Tech at Auto Accessory and Install and as a Certified First Responder at Apple Canyon Lake. Additionally, Charles served in the US Army as Military Police from 1996 to 2008. Academically, Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Dubuque and an Associate of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from NICC.
