Brittany Hicks, PHR, serves as a Manager at Duty First Consulting since June 2015, specializing in Human Capital Management. Responsibilities include working with federal agencies on organizational development, change management, training development, survey development, and data analysis support. In addition, Brittany contributes to business development initiatives to enhance growth, identify new opportunities, and build client relationships. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Senior Management Analyst, along with volunteering at Lloyd F. Moss Free Clinic in 2014. Brittany holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech, earned between 2011 and 2015.
