Kelly Rash

Kelly Rash is a Senior Management Analyst at Duty First Consulting, where employment began in October 2022. Previously, Kelly worked as a Management Analyst at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from April 2021 to January 2023, contributing as a Research Assistant in the Mass Communications Research Center.
