Misty MacEdo

Misty Macedo is a Quality Assurance Specialist at Duty First Consulting, having begun this role in October 2022. Prior to this, Misty served the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from May 2007 to October 2022, holding several key positions including Program Analyst with the Salesforce team, Rating Quality Review Specialist, Coach, Chief of the Quality Assurance Staff, and Management Analyst. Misty has extensive experience in overseeing quality assurance, training, data analysis, and managing transition projects within the department. Earlier roles from July 2000 to March 2007 included serving as a Rating Veterans Service Representative and Veterans Service Representative, focusing on disability compensation claims. Misty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of South Florida, completed in 2000.
