Alfreda Denson-Butler

Alfreda Denson-Butler is an accomplished educational leader and advocate for at-risk youth, currently serving as Executive Director of The Al Denson Foundation, Inc. since September 2003, focusing on academic and athletic scholarships for low-performing students. Since 2006, Alfreda has held various roles within Duval County Public Schools, including Testing Coordinator/Chairperson, Transition Specialist, and Curriculum Manager, driving curriculum innovation, data analysis, and student support initiatives. Previous experience includes teaching roles at Child Guidance Center, School District of Hillsborough County, and other educational organizations, paired with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sociology from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
