Robert Lyle

Robert Lyle has extensive experience in educational and workforce development roles. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher at Duval County Public Schools since 2018, Lyle previously held positions such as Leadership Consultant at Jacksonville Youth Works Inc. and Consultant at First Coast Home Pros. From 2011 to 2013, Lyle worked as a Case Manager for the Pathways to College program at FSCJ, overseeing support for approximately 7,000 students across multiple campuses. Additionally, Lyle contributed as a Client Development Specialist at Operation New Hope, focusing on workforce skills for ex-offenders, and served as an Advisor/Counselor at the Youth Automotive Training Center, where the mission involved aiding at-risk youth in gaining vocational skills. Robert Lyle holds a Master's Degree in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology/Cultural Studies from Bethel University.
