Silvana S.

Silvana S. is an experienced educator currently serving as a Teacher of the Gifted and Talented at Duval County Public Schools since August 2025. Previously, Silvana held various teaching positions within Duval County Public Schools, including 3rd Grade Teacher, 2nd Grade Teacher, and 1st Grade Teacher. Silvana founded The STEAM SQUAD LLC in February 2022 and was recognized as Teacher of the Year during the 2017-2018 school year at Duval Charter School at Flagler Center. Additionally, Silvana has worked as an English Second Language Instructor at First Coast Technical College and has experience in kindergarten and online reading instruction. Silvana holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a BS in Early Childhood Education from Florida International University, along with a CDA certification from Nova Southeastern University.
