Tia Thomas

Tia Thomas, MBA, has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as an Instructional Coach/Interventionist at Duval County Public Schools since January 2017, where responsibilities include supporting educators with data-driven decision-making and facilitating professional development. Previously, Tia held roles such as Title 1 Compliance Specialist and Federal Programs Contract Management Specialist, managing compliance for Parent and Family Engagement programs and overseeing third-party contracts to enhance student achievement. Prior experience includes working as a Reading Interventionist and Intensive Reading Instructor, along with supporting operational functions at Keith Pierson Toyota as an Executive Assistant.
