Tiffany Hickson

Tiffany Hickson is a dedicated educational professional and business owner with extensive experience in tutoring and consulting. Founded Tiffany's Tutoring & Consulting, LLC in August 2025, Tiffany's vision emphasizes equitable access to learning tools for all individuals. Currently, Tiffany serves as an Instructional Writer and Professional Learning Event Facilitator for the Florida Department of Education, while also functioning as an Instructional Coach and Mathematics Teacher for Duval County Public Schools since August 2014. Prior experiences include owning 2TConsulting, LLC, and working as an Environmental Health & Safety Engineer at Medtronic, as well as in engineering roles at ERM and the National Society of Black Engineers. Tiffany Hickson holds a degree from Florida State University and has a strong commitment to fostering critical thinking and purposeful leadership among learners.
