Hila Ramot has worked in a variety of roles in the hospitality industry since 2011. Hila began their career at Ewave as a Customer Service and Account Management employee in 2011. In 2012, they joined Fattal Hotels as an Executive Lounge Manager. In 2014, they moved to a dual role at Fattal Hotels as a Front Office Manager, Personal Assistant to the General Manager, and Guests Relations Manager. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Marriott Hotels as a Front Office and Guests Relations Manager. Most recently, they joined Duve in 2022 as a Customer Success Manager.
Hila Ramot received their Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from The Open University of Israel and attended tadmor.
