Asbjørn Erdal

Asbjørn Erdal has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Asbjørn co-founded Duvi AS in 2013 and served as the CEO, focusing on offering Defined Contribution pension plans in the Norwegian market. Asbjørn was also a co-founder and board member of DataDrivenFinance AS since 2015, where they worked on providing electronic access to local customers in emerging economies. Before that, Asbjørn worked as a Business Development Executive for PensjonSparing AS, where they helped establish and structure the company to offer mandatory occupational savings. Asbjørn also worked as a Project Leader for Handelsbanken Liv, overseeing the establishment and re-engineering of their OTP IT solution. Prior to that, Asbjørn was the CEO and founder of Interance, an insurance sector solutions and services company established in 1997. Asbjørn also worked as an Executive Vice President for Protector Forsikring, where they contributed to the company's growth and success in various roles, including Technical Manager and Business Unit Leader. Asbjørn's professional career started as an Account Manager for Storebrand Skadeforsikring in 1990.

Asbjørn Erdal earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 1984 to 1988. Asbjørn later pursued a degree in Insurance, completing a Høyere Forsikringseksamen (HFE) at Forsikringsakademiet from 1990 to 1994.
