Bill Pyle

Bill Pyle is an experienced investment specialist currently with DuWest Realty since May 2025. Prior to this role, Bill served as Principal at Edge Capital Markets from September 2015 to May 2025, focusing on commercial investment property acquisitions and dispositions. Bill held the position of VP of Brokerage Services in Investment Sales at Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC from August 2014 to September 2015, where responsibilities included representing owners and investors in commercial property transactions. Additional experience includes VP of Houston Operations and Tulsa City Manager at Parking Systems of America from October 2008 to August 2014, as well as roles as a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Belclaire Realty and Henry S. Miller Brokerage. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Business Minor from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in 2004, and is a graduate of Highland Park High School, class of 1999.
