Vinicius Silvestre has extensive experience in logistics and import/export operations, currently serving as an Analista de Importação e Exportação Pleno at DUX Logistics since June 2023. Responsibilities include coordinating air shipments, aligning client demands with international partners, and managing team training and performance. Previously, at Caterpillar Inc. from October 2021 to June 2023, Vinicius was responsible for customs clearance for maritime and air shipping, overseeing invoice approvals and adhering to regulatory requirements. Prior experience includes roles at Somos CRMServices and Sage, with a focus on CRM management and human resources. Vinicius holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, earned between 2015 and 2018.
