Ever since DUX was founded by Efraim Ljung in 1926, our ambition has been to manufacture the world’s most comfortable beds. Nothing else has ever been as important to us. Today our beds are sold all around the world and every morning people are waking up feeling rested in DUX beds in some of the world’s most respective hotels. That makes us both happy and proud. The word “DUX” is latin for “leader,” and the spirit of leadership has been consistent within the company from the very start. Efraim’s passionate enthusiasm and curiosity have lived on through generation after generation in the Ljung family. The vision of a good night’s sleep is integrated into our DNA, and it is this that drives us forward.
Today’s DUX beds are the result of nearly 90 years of advanced sleep research and technology, combined with traditional Swedish Craftsmanship. Every little detail in our beds have carefully been tested, evaluated, improved and then tested again, to be able to live up to our extremely high demands on quality and comfort.
