Aaron Graddy

Aaron Graddy is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer and Chief Technology Officer at DV Trading LLC since January 2022, Aaron has a strong background in technology management, previously holding the position of Chief Technology Officer and Partner/Tech Lead Manager at Allston Trading from April 2014 to January 2022. Earlier career highlights include a role as a Software Developer at BP, Integrated Supply and Trading, and as a Senior Developer at Allston Trading. Aaron also served as a Web Architect at DOT.Comm and worked as a Software Engineer at 21st Century Systems, Inc. Notably, Aaron led the development of the Corrections Management System for the Douglas County Department of Corrections in Omaha, Nebraska. Aaron Graddy earned a degree in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska at Kearney between 2001 and 2005.
