Chris Gorman

Chris Gorman has a diverse work experience in the energy trading and investment industry. Chris is currently working as a Senior Energy Trader at DV Trading LLC since 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Bruce Power from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for alpha creation in various energy markets and achieved strong risk-adjusted returns.

From 2019 to 2021, Chris Gorman worked as a Partner at Bridge Alternatives. Before that, they served as a Director at Saugatuck Energy from 2016 to 2018, where they successfully raised capital for a discretionary long/short oil strategy.

After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business from 1990 to 1994. During their academic years, Chris also spent a year at The University of Queensland in 1991 and 1992, focusing on Economics. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in Series 3, Series 7, and Series 63 from FINRA, although the specific dates of achievement are not provided.
