George Viero

George Viero has extensive work experience in the trading and finance industry. George started their career at Société Générale in 1990, where they worked as the Vice President Head of Exchange Treasury Option Trading until 1998. George then joined Nico Trading as a Portfolio Manager from 2003 to 2011. After that, they worked at Gelber Group LLC as a Portfolio Manager from 2011 to 2012. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Group One Trading, LP as a Senior Portfolio Manager. Following that, they joined Gelber Group LLC again, this time as a Proprietary Trader from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are working at DV Trading LLC as a Proprietary Trader starting from September 2019. Throughout their career, George was also a customer for the Chicago White Sox from 1972 to 2012.

George Viero attended Eastern Illinois University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Accounting. Later, from 1993 to 1995, they pursued higher education at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. During their MBA studies, George specialized in finance and structured derivatives theory.
