James then moved to Barclays in 2008, where they served as the Head of Americas Credit Trading - Product Control, managing trading support groups and overseeing various trading activities. In 2010, they joined Deutsche Bank as a Finance Director, where they directed a team covering equity, structured product, distressed debt, and RMBS from a regional perspective. James later transitioned to the role of Program Director - Operational Risk & Data Management. After leaving Deutsche Bank in 2021, James joined Citi as a Director of Program Management. Currently, James is working as the Chief Operating Officer at DV8 Infosystems since 2020.
