Tellington Kwashira

Tellington Kwashira is a financial advisor at Deutsche Vermögensberatung AG since July 2022 and concurrently serves as the director of Community Resilience Interventions (CRI), a nonprofit organization focused on building community resilience against various shocks. Previous experience includes roles as a business development manager at Shreem International Consultancy and as a director at Bethel Rock Private Ltd. Tellington held the position of deputy director for economic affairs at the Office of the Prime Minister, specializing in policy analysis, implementation, and evaluation. Additional experience includes serving as a regional officer at the Zimbabwe National Students Union (ZINASU), with responsibilities in research and advocacy, as well as a research and advocacy officer at GAPWUZ. Tellington holds a Master of Science in International Relations from Great Zimbabwe University and a Bachelor of Science Honours in Economics from Bindura University of Science Education.
