Clemenston Varghese

Clemenston Varghese has been working in the financial sector since 2001. Clemenston began their career as a Process Developer at GE Capital, then moved to HSBC in 2003 as an Operations Manager. In 2008, they joined Jana Small Finance Bank as Zonal Business Head. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Business Head Micro Business Loans at Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd. Clemenston is currently Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at Dvara SmartGold.

Clemenston Varghese received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Technology from Loyola Academy, Hyderabad in the years 1995-1998. Clemenston then attended XLRI Jamshedpur for Business Administration and Management, General. In 2019, they completed an Executive Education Program in Inclusive Finance at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
