Patrick O'Leary

Patrick O'Leary is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of social work, currently serving as a Non Executive Board Member at DVConnect and a member of the National Strategy Advisory Group for the Australian Government's National Office for Child Safety. At Griffith University, O'Leary holds multiple roles, including Co-Lead of the Disrupting Violence Research Beacon and Director of the Violence Research and Prevention Program. O'Leary's editorial contributions include serving as Co-Chief Editor for the International Social Work Journal at SAGE Publishing. Additional significant roles include Chair of the Clinical Advisory Committee at Survivors & Mates Support Network, Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant for Terre des hommes foundation, and previous positions with statewide initiatives under the Queensland Government and UNICEF.
