Ibnu Hidayat Ishak

Ibnu Hidayat Ishak has extensive work experience in the field of training and talent management. Ibnu Hidayat started their career in 2010 at Sepang Aircraft Engineering Sdn. Bhd., where they worked as a Learning and Development Specialist. In this role, they developed training and development strategies, conducted training needs assessments, and planned and delivered training programs to meet organizational goals. Ibnu Hidayat was also responsible for developing training budgets based on the business plan and objectives of the company. In 2016, they joined Dviation Group as a Manager, and later took on the roles of Head of Business Unit cum Training Manager and Head of Training & Talent Management. Their responsibilities included overseeing training and talent management initiatives within the company.

Ibnu Hidayat Ishak completed the BFM General Management Program in 2017 at BFM-Edge B School, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued an Executive Master in Management at Asia e University, specializing in Management.
