Thibaut Jarrousse

Thibaut Jarrousse has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Thibaut started their career as a Programmer Analyst at Valeo Lighting Systems in 2003. Thibaut then worked as an Industrial Project Leader at Leroy Somer in 2004. Thibaut joined Yves Rocher in 2004 and held various roles including Business Analyst, Internal Consultant in Operational Excellence, Engineering Project Manager in Manufacturing, and Operational Excellence Manager. At Yves Rocher, Thibaut implemented lean 6 sigma and TPM methodology, resulting in significant savings and improved efficiency. In 2011, they joined Shiseido as a Strategy & Operations Consultant, where they built a team and successfully implemented a roadmap for restructuring finance, operations, procurement, product development, and human resources. Since 2012, Thibaut has been the CEO & Co-founder of 10-Vins, a leading wine by the glass solution provider for hotels and restaurants. Under their leadership, the company has expanded its presence in the industry and established partnerships with renowned experts in the field.

Thibaut Jarrousse began their education in 1999 at Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers, where they earned a MSc in Engineering. Thibaut then pursued further education at HEC Paris from 2011 to 2013, completing an MBA program. In 2011, they also participated in an exchange program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, focusing on an MBA.
