Jason Mauk has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development at DVLP Medicines. Prior to this, they worked at EIG Global Energy Partners as the Senior Vice President and Valuation Director. Jason also held the position of Vice President - Corporate Advisory and Investment Banking, Energy Sector at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ. Jason has also worked at Royal Bank of Scotland Business as a Vice President, Associate, and Analyst. Other previous roles include Analyst / Corporate Finance Advisory / Energy at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Associate Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch, and Senior Financial Analyst at New Constructs. Jason began their career as a Data Management and Laboratory Technician at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine Research Center and later worked as a Computer Consultant and Technical Support Specialist at Vanderbilt University School of Engineering Media Center.
Jason Mauk completed a Dual B.S. degree in Mathematics & Computer Science at Vanderbilt University from 2000 to 2004. Jason also attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business Summer Institute in 2004. Before attending Vanderbilt, Jason Mauk studied at Strake Jesuit College Preparatory from 1996 to 2000. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the SIE - Securities Industry Essentials certification from FINRA in November 2017. Jason also obtained the Series 31 - Futures Managed Funds, Series 66 - Uniform Combined State Law, and Series 7 - General Securities Representative certifications from FINRA in April 2006 and November 2006, respectively.
