Kelley Flynn

Kelley Flynn has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Kelley is currently the Vice President of Production at DVM Manufacturing, LLC since December 2022. Kelley briefly served as the Chief Operating Officer at the same company in April 2023. Prior to this, Kelley was the VP of Operations at Thermmax, LLC from December 2014 to December 2022. Before joining Thermmax, they held the same position at DVM Manufacturing from May 2014 to December 2022. Kelley also served as the VP of Operations at RSR Industries Inc. from August 2011 to December 2022. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Manager at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company from July 2003 to August 2011 and as a Project Engineer at Eclipse Development from July 2002 to July 2003.

Kelley Flynn completed an Executive MBA from the University of Maryland in 2021. Prior to that, Kelley earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction Management from The Catholic University of America in 2002.
