Lance DesJardins has over 25 years of experience in customer service and account management. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at DVORA Life since January 2022, Lance previously held the position of Lead Representative at Premiere Response from October 2015 to January 2022, after starting there as a Customer Service Representative. Prior experience includes working as an Account Manager at Englewood Lab for 11 years and as a Client Trainer and Account Executive at ADP for seven years. Lance earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts and the Isenberg School of Management, completing studies from 1992 to 1996.
