Melani French

Melani French is an experienced executive in the field of business enablement and project management, currently serving as the Executive Head of Business Enablement at DVT since November 2011. Melani leads the Business Enablement division, focusing on assisting clients with project delivery and challenges by deploying skilled consultants. Previous roles include Practice Head for Agile Delivery and Business Solutions Consulting, where Melani managed the business consulting practice's budget and service offerings, as well as heading the Delivery Practice with a focus on Agile project management. Earlier experience at LGR Telecommunications as General Manager involved overseeing software development teams and managing client expectations, while technical project management responsibilities included creating software development lifecycle processes.
