Carl Welchert

Carl Welchert has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and tooling, currently serving as the Thermoforming Tooling, Process & Production Manager at D&W Fine Pack since March 2003. In this role, Carl manages the production of the thermoforming division, develops employee training programs, and oversees the safety committee. Previous roles at D&W Fine Pack include Thermoforming Production Manager and Tooling & Process Manager, focusing on production tooling maintenance and crew leadership across shifts. Earlier experience at Tri-V Tool involved designing progressive dies and weld fixtures for the automotive industry while also working as a Tool Maker. Carl holds an Associates degree in Machine Tool & Die from Southeast Community College and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Omaha North High.
