Russ Stephens

Russ Stephens has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing industry. Russ began their career as a Plant Manager for C&M Fine Pack, overseeing all plant functions and managing a substantial budget. Russ then served as the General Manager of the Operations Division, where they played a key role in turning around the company and developing corporate operations.

Afterwards, Russ joined D&W Fine Pack as the Vice President of Manufacturing, responsible for multi-site manufacturing operations and post-merger integration. Russ also served as the Vice President of Engineering, leading efforts to drive innovation, improve company results, and develop new products. Throughout their career, Russ has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to work with both internal and external customers.

Russ Stephens completed their education with an MBA degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from Indiana Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University, attending from 1986 to 1990.
