Stanley E. Garrett

Stanley E. Garrett has extensive work experience in various leadership roles and industries. Stanley E. started their career at KEMET Electronics Corporation, where they held multiple positions, including Manufacturing Manager. Stanley E. then co-founded The Initiative Group, Inc., a successful contract manufacturing company, where they served as Vice President of Operations. Stanley later joined The Cliffs Communities as Senior Director of Membership Services, overseeing operations in multiple locations. Stanley E. returned to KEMET Electronics Corporation as a Technical Product Manager and later as a Product Manager for the Tantalum Capacitor Business Group, managing a product line with over $225MM in net sales. Currently, Stanley is Vice President of Manufacturing at D&W Fine Pack, where they have held various roles, including Site Manager and Area Director of Manufacturing, with responsibility for net sales over $210MM and logistics oversight enterprise-wide. Overall, Stanley has demonstrated strong leadership, P&L responsibility, and strategic planning skills throughout their career.
