Aaron Hilberg, LSSGB

Aaron Hilberg is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Aaron began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they held various leadership roles, including Battalion Air Officer, Battalion Fire Support Coordinator, Weapons Company Executive Officer, Executive Officer, and Fire Direction Officer. In these positions, they were responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing fires support, developing relationships with outside agencies and allied forces, overseeing the welfare and discipline of personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety requirements.

After their military service, Hilberg joined Cintas as a Production Manager, where they led a team of over 100 production partners and managed a fast-paced, industrial production facility. Aaron'sresponsibilities included budget monitoring, ensuring safety and quality, and training and directing production supervisors and workers. Aaron also participated in the Advanced Management program, which provided comprehensive training in various aspects of the business and prepared him for a leadership role.

In their most recent role, Hilberg joined Distributor Wire & Cable as the Director of Operations.

Aaron Hilberg, LSSGB has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, with a focus on Marketing/International Business. In addition to their degree, they have obtained additional certifications including OSHA 10 Hour from the US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR OSHA in April 2017, and Six Sigma Green Belt from Cintas in November 2016.
