Kniko (Ni-Co) Hart has held a variety of positions in the logistics and warehousing industry. In 2020, they began working as Warehouse Manager for Distributor Wire & Cable, where they also served as Procurement Operations Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for organizing and monitoring international container shipments, ensuring compliance with CBP guidelines, managing domestic incoming stock PO's, building PO receipts for logistics, updating pricing in Acumatica, overseeing consignment inventory, providing daily support for logistics and sales, coordinating purchasing inbound shipment damage and returns, managing incoming product/supplier SOP, and communicating with logistics, sales, marketing, and accounting departments. In 2019, they worked as Assistant Warehouse Manager for Universal Standard, where they were responsible for overseeing outbound and inbound operations, directing logistics operations, and establishing and analyzing KPIs for the warehouse. From 2014 to 2019, they served as Assistant Manager for X-Press It, Inc., where they kept records of customer interactions, resolved customer complaints, and recommended improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures.

Kniko Hart completed an Associate of Science in Supply Chain Management Operations from Broward College in 2020. In addition, they obtained certifications from the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) in December 2019 for Supply Chain Management Principles and Transportation Operations, as well as Manufacturing & Service Operations in February 2020. They also obtained a People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM in February 2022.
