Kathi Rudolf

Ann-Kathrin Rudolf has experience in various HR and business development roles, including being Head of People at DWCC where Ann-Kathrin oversees global HR operations and provides guidance to senior management. Ann-Kathrin has also worked as a Global Human Resources Manager and EU People Regional Manager, responsible for employee enablement, development, and support in Germany and Spain. Ann-Kathrin has interned at DHL's Start-Up Lab and worked in online marketing at STARTPLATZ. Ann-Kathrin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln.
