Kathy Murphy

Kathy Murphy, SPHR, has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Kathy is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Dweck Properties, Ltd., where they oversee the human resource function for the company. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Management at The Tower Companies, where they established a structured HR function and focused on talent acquisition and employee relations. Kathy also served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at DFT, a data center REIT, and as the Director of Recruiting & Employee Relations at The Bozzuto Group. Kathy started their career as an Executive Search Consultant at Grant Murphy Associates, a search firm specializing in the real estate industry.
