Byron Greiner

Byron Greiner is a seasoned real estate professional, currently serving as Team Leader and Owner of Dwell Realty Group Asheville and a Commissioner on the City of Asheville Planning and Zoning Committee since January 2024. With over a decade of experience at Dwell Realty Group as a Broker and Licensed Realtor, Byron has also held leadership roles such as President of the Land of the Sky Association of REALTORS from January 2020 to January 2024 and Director at the Asheville Board of Realtors from January 2011 to December 2022. Additionally, Byron contributed to the Asheville Downtown Association as President and held a significant position as Senior Vice President of sales at Advantage Sales & Marketing. Educationally, Byron holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting from Winthrop University, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Erskine College.
