Sistha Alicia Tjokrosaputro has a wealth of experience in the media industry, having worked in various roles since 2012. Sistha Alicia was Founder of Seraphim Life Center in 2016, Founder/Owner of Sumber Anugerah Terang in 2012, and Owner/Associate Publisher of MPG Media Publishing, New Media Investment (Asia) Pte Ltd, and Baccarat Indonesia from 2012-2013. Additionally, they held the role of Client Relations Director for Luxuria Media, Solitaire Magazine, Surface Asia, Dwell Media, and Livingetc from 2012-2013. MPG Media Publishing has more than 100 staff in offices in Jakarta, Singapore and Hong Kong, and publishes 15 lifestyle titles in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, including the newly launched Baccarat; the FIRST premium lifestyle title published in Bahasa Indonesia.

Sistha Alicia then attended Drexel University in 2002, although it is unclear what they studied there. From 2002 to 2004, they attended Saint Joseph's University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Food Marketing. In 2005 and 2006, they attended Saint Joseph's University again and earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Accounting and Finance. Finally, they attended Institute for Integrative Nutrition from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Health Coach degree. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, such as the Gut Health Course (2022), Emotional Eating Psychology Course (2021), Coaching Mastery Course (2018), Hormone Health Course (2018), and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) (2017).
